I’m Katie, licensed and insured nail artist based in Channahon, IL. I specialize in maintaining natural nail integrity by utilizing a “dry/combi” method of manicuring/pedicuring. Dry services are a much safer and healthier option for all clients especially those with diabetes, oncology patients, and other health ailments. I do not offer extensions for those under 14 years of age. I truly appreciate your trust when choosing me as your nail guide and look forward to providing you with outstanding service. I greatly encourage you to reach out directly with any questions, comments, or feedback you may have, and ensure that I will respond as swiftly as possible. ✨✨For pedicure services please make sure to bring flip flops if you’re choosing to add on regular lacquer painting as I do not have a drying area and I do not have disposables. ✨✨ Extra guests are allowed on a case by case basis. If you would like or need to have someone with you please contact me ahead of time for approval. If you show up with an extra guest without approval I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and client is subject to the “no-show” policy. Be sure to send any nail art/inspo/recreation ideas to me when making your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the desired look not being achievable due to time constraints. All pricing shown is the starting price for that service based on a single color on all fingers. Nail art add-ons are listed and should be added to your services when booking for the closest estimate of cost and time. For a quote please contact me directly. I am able to take appointments outside of the listed hours for an after-hours fee. Please contact me directly if you need a special appointment! There is only a 15 minute grace period before you are charged a late fee and at any amount of time past the grace period, I reserve the right to mark you as a no show and you will be subject to the cancellation/no show policy. Cancellation Policy
To best serve my clients I require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure the cancellation policy is upheld, a credit card is required to book any appointment. This credit card will remain on file for all future appointments. Cancellations made within 12-24 hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. No Call/No Shows or those cancelling within 12hrs of your appointment will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value.
Please note that there is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes past your appointment there will be a late fee of $25 added to your service. If you are more than 25 minutes late you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service. Anything more than the 15 minute grace period is at my discretion dependent on scheduling. I thank you in advance for respecting this policy.
